Please read the below terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Site. Using this Site indicates your agreement and acceptance of these Terms. KaffeeHouse reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms in its sole discretion at any time. We do not claim any ownership of content you submit to the Site. You warrant that any content submitted to the Site is true and accurate, not infringing any third party intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, and is not defamatory, obscene, harmful, offensive, or breaching any privacy or confidentiality obligations. You also warrant that any content submitted to the Site will not include any spam or unauthorized advertising of any kind or contain any virus, worm, trojan horse or other harmful material.
We may not review or moderate all content submitted to the Site and as such we exclude all liability for any third party content submitted to the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right, at any time, in our sole discretion to remove or delete any content with no liability to you or any third party. We reserve the right to delete any and all content in our sole discretion for any reason. We further reserve the right to immediately edit or delete information you submit and terminate your access and use of the Site without notice in our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that this Site is subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to KaffeeHouse. You are not permitted to use any content or other intellectual property rights owned (or licensed) by KaffeeHouse without our prior written consent.
In respect of content created, uploaded by users, you grant us a royalty-free perpetually irrevocable, transferrable fully paid up sublicensable license to use any content uploaded on the Site for our own purposes, including the right to modify, summarise, distribute, publicise, perform, analyse or otherwise use or sell the content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose in our sole discretion. We will have no obligation to make any payment in respect of any submission made by you.

Liability
Your use of the Site is at your own risk and the Site is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances will KaffeeHouse be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever (including without limitation, costs and expenses of any type incurred, lost profits, lost data or programs, and business interruption) arising out of your access to, use, inability to use or the results of use of the Site, any sites linked to the Site, or any content contained at any or all such sites (including but not limited to those caused by or resulting from a failure of performance; error; omission; linking to other sites; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; communication line failure; or destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any computer or system), whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory and whether or not KaffeeHouse was advised of the possibility of such damages.

All user generated content is under the sole responsibility of the user uploading the content. KaffeeHouse does not control the content uploaded or posted through the Site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, reliability or quality of such content or that its uploading does not infringe any third party rights.

Indemnity
You agree to fully and effectively indemnify and hold harmless KaffeeHouse in respect of all damages, claims, demands, liabilities (including liability to third parties), losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of, in connection with your use of the Site, and any breach of your obligations under these Terms, or the Privacy Policy, Infringement of any intellectual property rights or the misappropriation by you, or a third party using your computer, of any account or password to use or access.

Third Party Sites
KaffeeHouse links to third party sites. It does not control the content or material on such sites. As such, KaffeeHouse is not responsible for the availability or content of any material accessed or linked through the Site. Third party websites linked through KaffeeHouse are not covered by these terms and conditions and KaffeeHouse accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

General
If any provisions of these terms are found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect. These terms and all disputes and matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
